What is the return + exchange policy

Items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment within 15 days of in-store purchase. Items returned within 30 days will receive store credit for in-store purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or give a partial refund for any returned items, based on their condition. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding your return or exchange.

All items being returned must have tags attached and receipt present.

What is the return policy for online orders?

Online orders may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Item(s) must be in original condition with tag(s) attached for item(s) to be returned.

Can I return clearance items?

All clearance items are FINAL SALE items. 

What items are non-returnable?

The following items may NOT be returned at any time: sale items, gift cards, fragrances, food & beverage items, promotional/giveaway items.

What is the shipping policy?

Shipping costs on purchases are not refundable. If exchanging an item, please note that shipping times will vary depending on your location. Items may only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged upon receipt, or in the incorrect size.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
